  The customer service skills that the Internet Manager Dianne Simonini very much lacks is so OFF PUTTING! Because i work at a dealership myself, i am apparently not allowed to inquired about a vehicle. Or have other taste then to which the dealership i work at offers. She questioned my loyalty to my company. As well as in the middle of me inquiring about the vehicle asked me if i worked for the dealership i work for. That was strange and very much off topic. Then told me it was because she "Mystery Shopped" My dealership. No Dianne, i do not waste the internet departments time because that is where i work at as well ! I will be taking my Business elsewhere because of this woman alone. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !
