  Yesterday, on my way to work, due to the freezing weather, I tried to open my window which didn't work. 3 minutes into the 25 minute drive the window came abruptly down into the door panel leaving me with a 22 degree frigid open window ride to work. After work, while freezing to death on the ride home, I called and spoke with Joe at RK Kia (of Vineland, NJ) who said bring the vehicle right in. Along with Tyler (a most excellent mechanic), Joe and James (customer service representatives) they stayed on extra to solve the issue. All of these three should be commended for, not only their expertise of workmanship, but also their humanitarian compassionate customer service. I give them thanks and the very best wishes for the holiday season. Five + Stars Please
