  Our appointment was scheduled online 2 days before for 3:15. The day of, we got a phone call stating they were over booked and moved to 3:30. Extremely long line ahead of us and waited for an hour before finally speaking with someone who advised us to leave our phone number and come back in about an hour. Came back in before we were called to find even more people waiting in line. Did not get portraits done until 7 pm and did not end up leaving until after 8:30. The woman who took our portraits was surprisingly friendly and sympathetic despite how busy she was. She was the only person working there on a Sunday afternoon to take portraits and set up packages with only 15 minute increments between appointments. If you decide to go here, I would recommend going on a weekday and/or calling ahead of your appointment to see how busy they are.
