  Nothing "Express" about it. In the waiting room were only about 4 of us at any time. Came in at 6:45. Was not called back until 8... only to sit alone in a room whereby I started writing this at 8:30. Dr. was in and asked what I'm there for... why ask me all questions ahead if you're not going to use them. What's the point? He seemed to have no idea. Recommended I go to ear, nose, throat Dr for what might be an ear infection. Total waste of time. Two hours at that for a 2 minute visit.
