  Only giving it a one-star because I have to some kind of rating trust me they don't deserve that! I arrived here at 9am finally got my hair washed after waiting for a long time. My hair was not combed and the woman just put it under water and started washing. Then by 11am the lady tells me my hair is greasy and needs to be washed again after I had been there for 2hours. I inspected my hair and didn't feel grease nor had I put any grease in it. Only thing in my hair before was gel. This has never happened before and I don't know why my hair wasn't combed just thrown under water n shampoo. I spoke with owner and she said it did not matter that my hair was not combed through before washing. I tried to explain to her if it was combed thoroughly we wouldn't be going through this because the washer would know it was allegedly greasy.. she just told me very rudely that it had to be washed again and that didn't matter and walked away. At first I was just going to let them finish my hair without washing it again but then I thought if it wasn't wash right why would the rest. I ended up leaving since I was there since 9am and now was told I have to start over at the beginning. The shop woman charged me 15.00 for basically wetting and half drying my hair. No one apologized or anything. So I left the shop with wet dry hair in a bun and my whole morning wasted. I will not be returning to this shop ever again.
