  I absolutely love this gym! Both Erica and Mike are phenomenal trainers and truly care about the safety and progress of each and every member. They push you and give you the encouragement that you need (if you want it or not! Lol) The gym members are like family and welcome everyone with open arms. No one judges you but helps you be the best that you can be. I recommend this gym to anyone at any fitness level. I have been going for three years and my body has progressed and changed substantially. This change is not just because of the workouts but also from the help of my trainers and the other members!
